Earlier this week, I shared how to incorporate green into your holiday home and today, I want to share ideas for using blue Christmas decor. This realization has changed how I approach decorating for the holidays over the years. I always make a new Christmas wreath for our front door but this year I decided to use same as last year because I loved it so much.A few years ago, I had a holiday decorating epiphany! After pouring through magazines and looking online at beautiful holiday homes, I realized that the most noteworthy ones worked with their everyday decor (not against it) when decorating for Christmas.

I love creating a warm entryway decor even though natural light is inexistent in that space of my apartment. To me, it’s important to welcome people to my home, especially during the Holidays.

Perfect for a movie night with some Hallmark movies, Delicious hot chocolate drinks and of course, popcorn! Now, every time I enter my living room it feels so cozy, festive, and enjoyable. I used a variety of adornments, textures, and colors to make it bright and wintery.

However, this post will show that I love the holiday so much and that I don’t spend much to make it cozy, gorgeous and expensive-looking although I didn’t spend much.

I focused mostly on the living room and added a small touch to the entryway. This year’s Christmas Home Tour will be shorter as I didn’t decorate as many rooms as usual.
